Spot something off? Tell us within 24 hours, and we’ll sort it out!
3. Service Areas
Coverage: We serve specified areas, but we want everyone to experience the DGC difference. Check our service map or give us a buzz to see if we can arrange to cover your location.
4. Service Guarantee
Quality: We aim for perfection! If you’re not satisfied, let us know within 24 hours. We’ll make it right with a prompt re-clean.
5. Access to Property
Keys/Access: If you can’t be there, provide us with keys or access codes securely. We treat your info like our own – with the utmost care and respect.
